Enmacc lives up to its motto of connecting traders

Enmacc lives up to its motto of connecting traders

We are pleased to announce that within 3 years of being active, enmacc’s network has massively expanded. Currently, we have clients spread across 13 different countries in Europe and we want to continue to grow this network.

In order to do this, we are constantly finding ways to improve our service for the interest of our clients. Enmacc now supports trading in Switzerland by introducing Swiss francs as a currency. In addition, we offer power trading in the UK in GBP/MWh and gas trading in the UK in GBp/Therm. A bigger international network allows for more liquidity in all markets and new business opportunities for all members of the enmacc network.

If you are interested in connecting to other traders outside of your core market, let us know, we are happy to make this happen. Send our Customer Success Team a quick email to success@enmacc.de, Bildschirmfoto 2018-11-23 um 17.36.06 chat with us or call us at +49 8921541500!

The enmacc network continues to grow!

The enmacc network continues to grow!

We are pleased about the steady growth of the enmacc network – thank you for joining us! So that you don’t lose track and don’t miss any of your trading partners, adapt your distribution lists immediately. Under partner companies, you will find all current members of the enmacc network.

And this is how it works:

Navigate in the menu bar to “trading partners”. If you are a trader, you can adjust your distribution lists directly here. Next to each distribution list, you will find three points where you can edit the distribution list to add new enmacc partner companies and convert email recipients into enmacc internal recipients.

If you see this sign and click on it, an email recipient will receive your request directly in enmacc in the future.

The use of enmacc messenger made easy!

The use of enmacc messenger made easy!

With the enmacc messenger, you can easily connect with more than 800+ traders on enmacc, and use it to establish business relationships or for the renegotiation of prices with just a few clicks.

In this article, you can find out more about how best to use our enmacc messenger:

Initiating new trade relationships

As the largest network in bilateral energy trading, enmacc offers the ideal conditions to expand your circle of trading partners.

The enmacc partner companies regularly successfully initiate new framework agreements via messenger. Simply write a message to a contact person from one of the enmacc partner companies and ask if you are interested in a future trading relationship.

Pre Trade

Use the enmacc messenger to provide your trading partners with information even before the validity period begins.

From the supplier’s point of view, it is interesting, for example, whether you are highly likely to trade the request.

If you as a supplier are not able to give a price, your trading partner will certainly be pleased about the short notice and will not wait in vain for your quotation.

After Trade

Do you still have questions after the transaction or need further details clarified?

Simply write a short message to your trading partner. As an addition to the trading transaction, this information is archived in an audit-proof manner and can be viewed at any time. Using the search function, you can also find historical news quickly.

enmacc Tip: Upload your profile picture to make your communication even more personal. Find out how to do this here.

Do you have any further questions? Simply contact our Customer Success Team with a short email at success@enmacc.de, chat with us or call us at 089- 215 415 00!

Still using Internet Explorer 11? Then it is time to act.

If you’re using Microsoft’s Internet browser, it’s time to act now, as support and deployment of important security updates end in early 2020.

Browser support at Microsoft depends on operating system support. Both support for Windows 7 and support for most versions of Windows 10 will end on January 2020, and so will support for the Internet Explorer 11 browser.

You are already experiencing the enmacc platform in greater detail with the browsers Chrome or Firefox since Internet Explorer 11 has some technical limitations.

Therefore, our recommendation is to switch to one of these free Internet browsers. Talk to your IT department or install the browser yourself on your computer.
