Enmacc commenced 2020 with a useful new feature. Have you seen it yet?
It enables traders to enrich deal history records of both expired and traded demands, by adding personal notes such as additional prices, bilateral agreements with your trading partner or the confirmation of a four-eyes principle at any time.
You will find the note field in the detailed view of your enquiry, on the left in the deal history.
Users will benefit from saved records that can be read-only accessed at any time. Your notes are safe and can exclusively be edited by traders.
However, notes can still be viewed by all other roles within your company, e.g. your back office or your risk department.
